Abigail Bobo Photography

This past summer, I collaborated with my photographer friend Abigail Bobo on this sparkly photo-shoot. We shot at the Atheneum Rectory in Columbia, Tennessee, which used to be an all-girls school in the 1800s. Most of these photos were taken in a room that was once used as a headmaster's quarters.

Dress from Discount Universe and earrings from Vox Populi
Vintage sequin dress

All flower headpieces handmade by me; hair, makeup, and styling by me

My moodboard for styling the shoot... I included all kinds of sparkly and iridescent imagery from my inspiration folder on my desktop. Ashish and H0les Eyewear were big inspirations. I don't have the sources of most of the images; most of them are from Tumblr. Please let me know if you know the creators of any of these images, so I can give them credit!

  6. This is so amazing!! I love the fact that it was a school in the 1800's :) I'm OBSESSED with victorian times :) Your sparkly dress is amazing! It reminds me of the dress at the start of the Hannah Montana movie but a million times more unique :)
